CJC-1295

What is CJC-1295?

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) that significantly increases plasma growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels. It comes in two forms: with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) for an extended half-life (6-8 days) and without DAC (often called Modified GRF 1-29) with a short half-life (~30 mins). CJC-1295 works by binding to GHRH receptors in the pituitary, stimulating pulsatile GH release. It is favored for its ability to boost GH levels without significantly elevating prolactin or cortisol. Users often report improved sleep, better skin, and increased lean muscle mass.

Benefits

  • Increased Growth Hormone Secretion
  • Enhanced Muscle Growth
  • Improved Sleep Quality
  • Fat Loss Promotion
  • Faster Recovery
  • Anti-aging Effects

Typical Dosage

  • CJC-1295 No DAC: 100mcg 1-3x daily
  • CJC-1295 DAC: 1-2mg once weekly

Side Effects

  • Flushing (warmth in face/neck) - Common
  • Headache (pulsating)
  • Dizziness (temporary)
  • Injection site reaction
  • Water retention

Dosage Protocol

For CJC-1295 No DAC (Mod GRF 1-29): Administer 100 mcg subcutaneously 1–3 times daily. Best taken on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after meals) to avoid insulin blunting the GH spike. Common times are morning, post-workout, and before bed. Often stacked with Ipamorelin. For CJC-1295 DAC: Administer 1–2 mg once weekly due to its long half-life, though this form is less physiological as it creates a constant GH bleed rather than natural pulses.

Reconstitution

Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water to 2 mg vial → 1 mg/mL (1000 mcg/mL). Draw water slowly, inject down side, swirl gently. Store refrigerated.

Dosing Schedule

Standard Protocol

  • •No DAC: 100 mcg daily (before bed)
  • •DAC: 1-2 mg once weekly

Advanced / Titration

  • •No DAC: 100 mcg 3x daily (AM, PWO, Bed)
  • •Stack: Combine with Ipamorelin for synergy

Negative Interactions

  • High-carb/fat meals (blunts release)
  • Alcohol
  • Glucocorticoids

Flushing is a common and expected side effect immediately post-injection due to vasodilation.
