Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a selective Growth Hormone Secretagogue (GHS) and ghrelin receptor agonist. It is known for being one of the cleanest and most versatile GH peptides, stimulating release without significantly increasing cortisol or prolactin.

Mechanism of Action

Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin and binds to the GHS receptor (GHS-R1a) in the pituitary, triggering a strong release of growth hormone. Unlike other secretagogues, it is highly selective and does not stimulate ACTH (cortisol) or prolactin release.
