Study Objective

To assess the effect of Testoluten (testicular peptide complex) on spermatogenesis and hormonal status in men with idiopathic infertility.

Results

After a 30-day course, patients showed a statistically significant increase in sperm motility and concentration. Hormonal analysis revealed a normalization of the LH/Testosterone ratio, suggesting improved Leydig cell function.

Conclusion

Testoluten is effective for restoring male reproductive function and treating age-related androgen decline.

Key Findings

  • Improved sperm parameters
  • Restored testosterone levels
  • Enhanced sexual function

Mechanism of Action

Testoluten acts directly on testicular tissue to stimulate Sertoli and Leydig cells, enhancing spermatogenesis and steroidogenesis.
