Men's health: testosterone, prostate and testes bioregulators, and what the evidence shows
Low testosterone should be diagnosed from symptoms plus repeatedly low morning blood tests (Endocrine Society and AUA, 2018), not from symptoms alone. In the TRAVERSE trial of 5,246 men with low testosterone and heart risk, testosterone therapy did not raise major heart events compared with placebo, though atrial fibrillation, kidney injury and pulmonary embolism were more common. Prostate and testes bioregulators are supplements. Their human data are on Prostatilen, a Russian medicine, not on any capsule, and they do not supply testosterone.

Human studies and guidelines: testosterone
The Endocrine Society's 2018 guideline recommends diagnosing hypogonadism only in men with symptoms and signs of testosterone deficiency and unequivocally, consistently low testosterone, measured fasting in the morning with a reliable assay. The AUA's 2018 guideline similarly centres on accurate repeated total testosterone levels and on monitoring during treatment.
TRAVERSE randomized men aged 45 to 80 with low testosterone and existing or high cardiovascular risk to testosterone gel or placebo. Major adverse cardiac events occurred in 7.0% versus 7.3% (non-inferior). Atrial fibrillation, acute kidney injury and pulmonary embolism were more frequent with testosterone. Fertility is another issue: testosterone therapy suppresses sperm production, so men who want children need a different plan.
Human studies: prostate and testes bioregulators
The human data in this area are on prostate-derived peptide medicines such as Prostatilen, which are given by injection or suppository in Russia. A 2026 Russian study looked at these preparations in men with chronic prostatitis. None of this tests an oral capsule.
A 2013 Russian paper often cited for prostate products actually tested a bladder peptide (Chitomur) in older men with prostatic hyperplasia. We found no human data at all on testes peptide capsules (Testovive, Testoluten).
Where the capsules fit
Vita Man combines prostate, testes, adrenal, thyroid and hypothalamus peptides (15 mg each) and is labeled for men's everyday wellness and physiological balance. Prostalon (prostate) and Testovive (testes) are the single-tissue Vita options; Libidon and Testoluten are the original GARMONIA products.
They do not contain testosterone and have not been shown to change hormone levels. Urinary symptoms, erectile problems or low libido can signal treatable conditions, including heart disease and diabetes, so get them checked. If you are on testosterone, prostate medication or thyroid medication, or trying to conceive, ask your clinician before adding any of them.
Prostate, testes and men's complex capsules (Vita-Stream)
Dietary supplements with structure/function wording. No human trial has tested these products by name. They do not contain testosterone. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

FAQ
Do testes bioregulators raise testosterone?
There is no evidence that they do. We found no human data on testes peptide capsules, and they contain no testosterone. If you have symptoms, get two fasting morning testosterone tests and see a clinician.
Is testosterone therapy bad for the heart?
In the TRAVERSE trial of men with low testosterone and heart risk, testosterone did not increase major heart events compared with placebo (7.0% vs 7.3%). Atrial fibrillation, acute kidney injury and pulmonary embolism were more common, so it still needs medical supervision.
What is Vita Man?
A Vita Peptides complex of prostate, testes, adrenal, thyroid and hypothalamus peptides, 15 mg each, labeled for men's everyday wellness. It has not been tested in a human trial.
Can prostate bioregulators replace prostate checks?
No. Talk to your clinician about prostate screening and get urinary symptoms checked. The capsules are not a treatment for any prostate condition.
Do you earn money from these links?
Yes. Vita-Stream links are affiliate links (marked Paid), and orders placed with the code KymataLabs are credited to our affiliate account at no extra cost to you. It does not change the evidence notes.
