Short answer: The most direct women's option is the Vita Woman complex: placenta, ovary, collagen, thyroid and hypothalamus peptides at 15 mg each (75 mg per capsule), labeled for "women's everyday wellness, physiological balance, connective tissue support, adaptive regulation." Take it as a one-month course and repeat a few times a year if it seems worthwhile. Do not use it if pregnant or breastfeeding, and check with a clinician if you take thyroid or hormone medication. There are no human trials on Vita Woman or its components.

What the evidence does and does not say

The Khavinson research literature describes tissue-specific peptides in general terms (PMID 19830585; PMID 34834147). It contains no trials of oral ovary, placenta, collagen or hypothalamus peptide capsules, and PubMed has no records mentioning any Vita product. The placenta source species is not stated on the product page. Human-placenta injectables studied elsewhere are a different product and route.

We do not describe bioregulators as treatments for menopause symptoms, fertility or any condition. If those are your concerns, start with your doctor.

Who should skip or ask first

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding: label contraindication for the line, and especially relevant for Ovalis.
  • Taking thyroid medication: Vita Woman contains thyroid peptides. Ask your clinician; the retailer has not published hormone testing.
  • Hormone therapy, a hormone-sensitive condition, or any chronic illness: ask first.
