CJC-1295 (No DAC)

CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as Modified GRF 1-29, is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It is designed to stimulate the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland in a pulsatile manner, mimicking the body's natural rhythm.

Mechanism of Action

It binds to GHRH receptors on the pituitary gland, stimulating the release of Growth Hormone (GH) and subsequently Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1). The "No DAC" version has a short half-life (~30 mins), allowing for natural pulsatile secretion.

Key Benefits

Increases lean muscle mass
Accelerates fat loss
Improves sleep quality
Enhances recovery from injury
Anti-aging effects via IGF-1

Research Protocol

Maintenance
100mcg 1-3 times daily
Best taken on an empty stomach. Often stacked with Ipamorelin for synergistic effects.
