MK-677 (Ibutamoren)

MK-677 is a non-peptide, orally active growth hormone secretagogue. Unlike injectable peptides, it is a small molecule that mimics ghrelin and provides sustained elevations in GH and IGF-1 levels for 24 hours.

Mechanism of Action

It acts as a potent agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). It amplifies the basal pulsatile secretion of GH and increases the amplitude of GH pulses, leading to a sustained rise in serum IGF-1.

Key Benefits

Orally active (no injections)
Significant increase in appetite (bulking)
Rapid muscle fullness and recovery
Improves sleep quality (REM)
Increases bone density

Research Protocol

Maintenance
