Description

Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide bioregulator composed of Glutamic Acid, Aspartic Acid, and Arginine (Glu-Asp-Arg), also known as EDR peptide. Originally studied in Russia and derived from or inspired by pineal gland tissue extracts, Pinealon is designed to optimize pineal gland and overall brain function. Due to its small molecular size, it penetrates cellular and nuclear membranes to directly interact with DNA, modulating gene expression and protein synthesis in neurons. It enhances pineal gland activity (including melatonin production), optimizes neurotransmitter function (serotonin, dopamine, GABA, acetylcholine), provides comprehensive neuroprotection by reducing oxidative stress and supporting mitochondrial function, and influences the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway. Pinealon is recognized as a powerful nootropic with applications in cognitive enhancement and age-related neuroprotection.

⚙️ Mechanism of Action

Directly penetrates neuronal nuclei to modulate gene expression involved in neuroplasticity, antioxidant defense, and cellular repair. Enhances neurotransmitter synthesis and receptor sensitivity, supports mitochondrial function, and provides anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects at the genetic level.

Primary Benefits

  • ·Rapid improvement in cognitive function, memory, and learning
  • ·Restoration of circadian rhythms and sleep quality via melatonin regulation
  • ·Reduction of "brain fog" and enhanced mental clarity
  • ·Neuroprotection against aging, oxidative stress, and neurotoxins
