Best Bioregulator Stack for Longevity (Honest 2026 Version)
The classic Khavinson 'longevity' stack, what each piece targets, which parts you can actually buy as natural capsules, and a simple two-product starting point.
Table of Contents
Short answer: The classic Khavinson "first-class" combination pairs pineal, brain, thymus, cartilage, liver and blood-vessel bioregulators. For most people a simpler, buyable version is a thymus-centred immune and stress complex plus a digestive and liver complex, for example Vita Defender + Vita Detox, taken as one-month courses two to three times a year. That supports normal immune, stress-response and digestive balance. It is not proven to extend lifespan, and no one should tell you it is.

The classic combination and what it targets
Vita-Stream's FAQ describes Khavinson's "first-class" set as Endoluten (pineal), Vladonix (thymus), Cerluten (brain), Sigumir (cartilage), Svetinorm (liver) and Ventfort (blood vessels).
| System | Classic product | Vita Peptides equivalent (same tissue) |
|---|---|---|
| Pineal | Endoluten | None in the Vita line |
| Brain | Cerluten | None |
| Thymus | Vladonix | Thymusol; also in Vita Defender |
| Cartilage | Sigumir | Cartesyl |
| Liver | Svetinorm | Liverra; also in Vita Detox |
| Blood vessels | Ventfort | None (Kardium is heart tissue, not vessels) |

Where the "longevity" idea comes from
The long-term human studies behind the reputation used injectable Thymalin and Epithalamin in elderly people, run by the originating group (PMID 14523363; PMID 17426848). Reviews from the same program summarize the idea (PMID 19830585; PMID 24003726). None of this tested an oral capsule, so we do not borrow those studies' outcome numbers to sell one.
Three ways to build it
1. Simple (two complexes). Vita Defender (thymus, adrenal, pituitary) + Vita Detox (liver, kidney, bile, stomach, gastric mucin). 30-capsule sizes: $107.50 + $144.50 = $252 per one-month course at 1 capsule a day each (Vita-Stream prices, October 6, 2026).
2. Singles, closest to the classic tissues. Thymusol + Liverra + Cartesyl + Kardium + Hypotalen. More control, more pills, and more cost. At 2 capsules a day each, a month needs one 60-capsule bottle per product ($135 each).
3. Classic-plus. Option 1, plus GARMONIA Endoluten for the pineal piece. (Affiliate links throughout.)
How to run it
- One-month courses, following the label, then a break.
- Commonly 2-3 courses per year (brand FAQ). See How to Cycle Bioregulators.
- Keep the boring longevity basics first: sleep, strength training, walking, protein, and regular check-ups with your doctor.
Who should be careful
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding (label contraindication); anyone on thyroid, hormone or immune-modifying medication; anyone managing a chronic condition. Ask a clinician before stacking several products.
FAQ
What is the Khavinson longevity stack?
Traditionally pineal, brain, thymus, cartilage, liver and blood-vessel bioregulators, per Vita-Stream's FAQ.
Do bioregulators extend lifespan?
That has not been shown for any capsule. The long-term human data are on injectable extracts from one research group.
What is the simplest longevity stack?
Vita Defender plus Vita Detox, one capsule each daily for a month, two to three times a year.
Does Vita Peptides cover the full classic stack?
No. It has no pineal, brain or blood-vessel product.
Can I add Epitalon or Pinealon?
People do, but nobody has studied the combinations. See Epitalon Alternatives.
